Contrary to popular belief, kangaroos do not jump up and down our streets. I spent the morning at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary to take these. Yes even Australians have to pay to see kangaroos unless you live in the country and even then they steer away from people.

Great photos Norma. I find kangaroos fascinating. Ive never seen one. It would be interesting to read about them actually, how they evolved etc. such a strange shape with those small ‘arms’. 😊 xx

Now, kangaroos are a bit scarier … I’ve seen those videos where they’re beating people up. 🙂
