It reminds me of the Sleeping Bear Dunes in the northwest part of Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. Same type of entrance to the beach. Obviously the water was Lake Michigan, but in a photo it’s indistinguishable from the ocean (perhaps a tad less blue).
Lovely Norma-the blue of the water is amazing! I like how the picture suggests some mystery or anticipation-what is waiting around the corner? Very nice!
When I look at this photo I’m reminded of so many beach entrances along the Oregon coastline. We are blessed to have laws passed guaranteeing our access to every foot of beach along the Pacific ocean. Homeowners are not permitted to block access to it. The photo is well taken an has an interesting theme.
